Tum Ho Kay Chup

A serial that spans over two generations and continents and highlights the striking contrast between two very different ways of life. When Zawwar, the son of a tribal chief goes toBritain to study, he falls in love with the vivacious British Born Pakistani Nighat, or Niggi as she is affectionately known. Once married Zawwar takes Niggi back to Pakistan, where she is shocked to realize she now has to live within the confines of her In-law’s Haveli and adhere to their strict rules and principles. From here on begins Niggi’s fight for freedom, one she eventually wins, but at a harrowing expense. As life comes full circle, Niggi gets the chance to re-write history within her husband’s tribe. The question is, will she have the strength to step back into that world and take that chance? A Story that is about the bravery, sacrifice and struggle of a woman determined to fight for what is right.
